When reporting a problem, it helps to include your account email, the device and OS you're using, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.
Common questions
How do I add cards to my collection?
Open the Cards or Sets tab, find a card, pick its variant, condition, and quantity, then add it. You can also bulk‑import a collection from a CSV file in your collection view.
Where do prices and collection values come from?
Market prices are derived from recent sold listings (including eBay) and catalog data. Values shown are estimates to help you track your collection over time, not appraisals or guaranteed sale prices.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign‑in page, choose “Reset password” and follow the emailed link.
How do I manage or delete my account?
Open Settings (the gear icon) in the app. There you can update your profile and preferences, or permanently delete your account and all associated collection data.
Is my collection private?
Yes. Your collection is private by default. Public collection, trade, and wishlist pages are opt‑in and only appear when you choose to share them.
The app won't load or seems stuck.
TCG Stack needs an internet connection to load your collection and prices. Check your connection and try again — the app will show an “offline” message when it can't reach the network. If the problem persists on a stable connection, email us and we'll investigate.
